We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that customized or stitched items cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, blouses and innerwear are non-returnable. Contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.

We currently ship across India with delivery taking 5-7 business days for metro cities and 7-10 business days for other locations. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. International shipping is currently not available, but we’re working on expanding our services globally soon.

Hand chickankari and embroidered pieces require gentle care to maintain their beauty. We recommend dry cleaning for best results. If hand washing, use cold water with mild detergent, avoid wringing, and dry in shade. Iron on the reverse side using a cloth between the fabric and iron. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve colors and embroidery work.
